Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervise, train, and manage campus food service operation.
• Meet health codes and reimbursable menu requirements.
• Three years experience in institutional food service operations.
• High School Diploma or GED; TASN certification preferred; Food Handlers Certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cafeteria Manager with major responsibilities.
• Operate a POS for students as a meal exchange and ensure each meal is reimbursable.
• Produce and maintain work schedules and production records.
• Direct and assist daily activities in kitchen and cafeteria.
• Supervise and train campus cafeteria staff; promote efficiency and teamwork.
• Ensure food is produced safely and stored properly; comply with policies.
