Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and active Colorado license.
• 3 years of school-based prevention or behavioral health experience.
• MTSS/PBIS/restorative practices or substance use prevention experience.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 prevention: support 9th-grade teams on SEL, belonging, attendance.
• Deliver and monitor evidence-based interventions (Motivational Interviewing, Teen Intervene, InDepth).
• Coordinate alternatives to suspension for substance-related incidents.
• Strengthen MTSS referral pathways and data-informed decisions.
• Provide professional learning to admins, counselors, social workers, and teachers.
• Connect students and families to community providers and resources.

Master's degree in School Social Work

Colorado license (CDE/DORA)
