Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in professional counseling, with a willingness to obtain a mental health permit. Experience in individual and group therapy is preferred. This role offers a full-time schedule with generous benefits and paid time off during school breaks.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a mental health Candidate Permit within 30 days of hire.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred for unlicensed positions.
• Two years of clinical experience required for licensed positions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recovery for clients with behavioral health concerns.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and individual therapy.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans.
