Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health and school environments.
• Proven program management and systems-level expertise.
• License as school social worker (CO DOE or DORA) preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to develop frameworks, training materials, and implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding and program frameworks for behavioral health initiatives district-wide.
• Identify resources, gaps, and establish progress monitoring systems with timelines.
• Coordinate Tier 1–3 prevention and intervention strategies (focus on 9th grade SEL).
• Facilitate partnerships with community providers and deliver staff coaching and training.
• Promote evidence-based alternatives to suspension and proactive mental health support.
