Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Behavioral Health Paraprofessionals and Class Aides in Arizona to support high school and transition-age students within our behavioral team. You will help students navigate academics and behavior plans in a supportive setting, under guidance from certified staff.

Professional experience with challenging or aggressive behaviors and a background in school-based or ABA settings are valued. We offer flexible placements through multiple districts and robust onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Comfort working with high school and transition-age students in 1:1 or classroom settings.
• Minimum 6+ months of hands‑on experience managing challenging, aggressive, or maladaptive behaviors.
• Associate’s Degree or 60+ cumulative college‑level courses; education support available if not met.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 behavioral and educational support for high school and transition-age students.
• Implement proactive behavior redirection, crisis de‑escalation, and coping strategies for maladaptive or aggressive behaviors.
• Assist with instructional activities, social-emotional development, and life-skills training.
