Job summary

Ro Health is seeking Behavioral Health Paraprofessionals and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the 2026–2027 school year. You will support students across Pre‑K–12th grade and transition-age programs in diverse classrooms, under the guidance of certified staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months hands-on experience managing challenging, aggressive, or maladaptive behaviors in K–12, ABA, or care settings.
• Comfort supporting Pre‑K–12th grade, including high school and transition-age learners (18+).
• Associate’s degree or 60+ college-level courses; otherwise certifications can be pursued with Ro Health support.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 behavioral and educational support across Pre‑K–12th and transition programs.
• Implement proactive behavior redirection, crisis de-escalation, and coping strategies for maladaptive or aggressive behaviors.
• Assist with instructional activities, routines, social-emotional development, and life-skills training per assignment.
• Support students with special education needs under guidance of teachers and BCBAs.
• Foster a safe, structured, respectful learning environment and communicate with teachers and Ro Health supervisors.
