Job summary

Ro Health is hiring qualified Behavior Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in school settings for the 25-26 academic year. Positions include 1:1 and general classroom support using ABA strategies, from pre-K to high school.

Responsibilities include delivering behavioral and educational support, maintaining calm communication with children and staff, and complying with daily schedules, with pay ranging from $21.00 to $28.00 per hour and options for full-time or part-time

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
• Potential toileting/diapering assistance.
