Job summary

Ro Health is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraprofessionals and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the 2026–2027 school year. This role focuses on supporting diverse learners across all grade levels, with flexibility and variety that comes from partnering with an experienced staffing partner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months hands‑on experience managing challenging, aggressive, or maladaptive behaviors in K–12, ABA, or care settings.
• Comfort supporting Pre‑K–12th grade, including high school and young adult learners (18+).
• Associate’s Degree or 60+ college‑level courses; certification support if not met.
• Previous experience in school, ABA, camp, residential, or care settings preferred.
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks, drug screening, and IVP fingerprinting.
• Reliable, compassionate, physically active, and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, small‑group, or 1:1 behavioral and educational support to Pre‑K–12th grade and transition programs.
• Implement proactive behavior redirection, crisis de‑escalation, and coping strategies for maladaptive or aggressive behaviors.
• Assist with instructional activities, routines, social‑emotional development, and life skills.
• Support students with special education needs under guidance of certified teachers and BCBAs.
• Foster a safe, structured learning environment and communicate with teachers and Ro Health supervisors.
