Briarcliff UFSD seeks a Modified Baseball Head Coach for Spring 2027 to lead the athletic program, supervise staff, and develop student-athletes in baseball fundamentals and strategy. Qualifications

• Ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Previous successful coaching experience in assigned sport (major sports).
• Substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and willingness to update theories/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and conditioning.
• Serve as role model and guide student athletes in character development.
• Supervise and coordinate high school and middle school coaches under athletic director.
• Assist in scheduling, equipment management, and tournament planning.
• Provide discipline, oversee staff conferences and clinics, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain safety, respond to injuries, and ensure proper use of facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with principal and athletic director on policies and procedures.
