Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Security Officer to deliver professional concierge-style guest services and enforce access control in a high-rise commercial setting.

You will monitor CCTV and life safety systems, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and document activities with accuracy. Strong customer-service skills and 2+ years in security or hospitality are preferred. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum 2 years of security or customer-service experience.
• Proficient with computers and standard security software for reporting.
• Ability to handle complex tenant interactions with good judgment.
• Experience in high-rise commercial offices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional guest services and respond to inquiries.
• Control access and monitor CCTV and life safety systems.
• Conduct regular security patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Prepare incident reports and document patrol activities.
• Support visitor management and badge issuance.
• Assist with key and access card control.
