Qualifications

• Experience in door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant roles preferred.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to pass pre-employment checks and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at exterior and lobby, ensuring a positive interaction.
• Monitor lobby traffic and direct guests to reduce wait times.
• Promote building amenities and coordinate guest transportation.
