Job summary

Titan Security is hiring a Security Officer for a high-rise commercial office building in Lisle, IL. You will provide professional guest services, manage access control, conduct patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to emergencies with composure and discretion.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or GED) and at least 2 years in security, hospitality, or customer service, plus basic computer skills. Bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate security, hospitality, or a customer service-focused environment.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Professional conduct and guest services: maintain a polished presence and assist tenants and visitors.
• Enforce access control and manage visitor sign-in procedures.
• Conduct security patrols and monitor CCTV and life-safety systems; respond to emergencies.
