Job summary

Titan Security in Lisle, IL is hiring Security Officers to provide professional guest services, enforce access control, and document incidents with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years in security or customer service, and proficiency with standard office software. Evening/night/weekend availability is preferred. Starting pay is $19.40 per hour with benefits including PTO and health insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate security, hospitality, or a customer service-focused environment.
• Proficiency in computers, standard security software, and Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Ability to handle complex tenant interactions and sensitive security matters.
• Experience in High-Rise Commercial Office Building environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional guest services and act as primary contact for tenants and visitors.
• Enforce access control policies and proper entry procedures to prevent tailgating.
• Conduct regular patrols and report safety hazards or vulnerabilities.
• Operate CCTV, alarm panels and life safety systems and respond to incidents.
