Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a polished, professional image as the first impression for the property.
• Act as primary contact for tenants and guests, providing directions and information.
• Enforce access control and prevent tailgating; assist with visitor management.
• Conduct regular security patrols and monitor CCTV and life safety systems.
• Respond to alarms/incidents and coordinate with management and responders.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and document daily activities.
