Job summary

Titan Security is hiring a Security Officer for a Downtown Chicago high-rise. You will be the face of the building, greeting guests, monitoring the lobby, and coordinating access while maintaining a welcoming environment.

We offer $24/hour depending on experience, plus benefits such as paid time off, health and dental insurance, and opportunities for career growth. Weekend availability is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing security or front-desk roles.
• Comfortable communicating with guests and tenants.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift as needed (50+ lbs).

Responsibilities

• Create positive, efficient interactions at exterior and lobby front desk.
• Greet guests and identify needs, guiding them appropriately.
• Monitor lobby traffic and direct guests to minimize wait times.
• Resolve guest concerns as they arrive outside and enter the property.
• Promote building amenities and events to guests and tenants.
• Coordinate transportation pickups for guests using taxis or rideshares.
• Maintain appearance standards and ensure lobby safety and cleanliness.
