• 1-2 years of Maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs per policies and codes.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and scheduling contractors.
• Follows procedures to access materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service work for proper tracking and closure of requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans, paints curbs and signage as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing parts rather than replacing and using materials efficiently.
