Job summary

Role includes supporting inspection programs and PCFRA documentation, working independently and with community stakeholders to capture and maintain safety information.

• Experience in housing, building safety, compliance or related field.
• Experience conducting inspections or supporting health and safety compliance processes.
• Experience working with residents and contractors.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with health and safety legislation and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of high-rise communal areas and identify hazards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure audit/compliance readiness.
• Collaborate with housing teams, maintenance and safety contractors.
• Engage residents and communicate safety measures and PCFRAs.
• Provide administrative support to Building & Fire Safety Team.
