• Experience delivering building safety programs and regulatory initiatives.

• Experience leading teams and collaborating with regulatory bodies.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Building Safety Act 2022 and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Building Safety Programme execution and governance.
• Ensure compliance with building, fire, and health and safety laws.
• Develop systems to identify, evaluate, and manage building safety risks.
• Track budgets, timelines, and project outcomes.
• Supervise external contractors and consultants for compliance and performance.
• Identify and elevate program risks and issues as needed.
• Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
