Job summary

Ford Racing is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive DCV builds, launches, and quality plans for both internal and external suppliers, with responsibility for prototype execution and cost/resource metrics. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across Plant Vehicle Teams, TPS, and supplier support to achieve quality and on-time launches.

The role demands 15+ years in vehicle engineering and a strong problem-solving mindset, with travel to domestic and international sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 15 years experience in product vehicle engineering and plant launches.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the builds and launch and quality plans for internal and external suppliers to deliver high quality high performance Mustangs.
• Manage team of engineers covering Plant Vehicle Teams, prototype build and supplier technical assistance.
• Ensure efficient and timely execution of prototypes for cost and resource metrics.
