Ford Motor Company seeks an experienced Low Volume Manufacturing Manager to lead niche manufacturing across Motorsports and Road Car applications. You will build a center-of-excellence for advanced manufacturing technologies, partner with design teams, and drive capital decisions to deliver race-proven solutions.

The role requires leadership experience in low-volume manufacturing, a strong technical background, and excellent communication with senior leaders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• Broad knowledge of total vehicle manufacturing process and manufacturing technologies.
• Experience leading salaried technical teams in low volume manufacturing.
• Strong communication and collaboration with design and release engineers.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for low volume vehicle manufacturing and additive manufacturing at Ford Racing.
• Build and lead a center-of-excellence for low volume manufacturing and partner with Design and Release engineers.
• Establish KPIs and measure impact across the business.
• Negotiate contracts with external partners and manage supplier relationships.
• Design manufacturing floor layouts and establish manufacturing standards for low volume vehicles.
• Travel for benchmarking or supplier visits as needed.
