Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ASIC Engineer to define, model, design, verify, and document IP for high-performance, low-power SoCs in sub-4nm processes for mobile, automotive, compute, AI and XR.

The role involves architecture decisions, RTL design with Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver silicon-ready IP and blocks. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s preferred, plus 6+ months of ASIC design experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering preferred.
• Experience with RTL design, simulation, and IP development.

Responsibilities

• Defines architecture and design of SOC/IP based on design protocol.
• Verifies and documents ASIC development for multiple products.
• Participates in flow improvements and silicon learnings feedback.
