The role demands proven leadership in high-volume environments, desk-level deal structuring, and the ability to recruit and develop top performers across multiple locations. Strong communication and relationships with dealers are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience as an automotive sales manager or dealership sales manager.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and profitability.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of the dealership sales department.
• Lead, train, and motivate automotive sales consultants.
• Drive sales volume, gross profit, and dealership performance.
• Monitor KPIs including units sold, gross profit, and closing ratios.
• Desk deals, structure transactions, and support closing sales.
