Acrisure is hiring a Personal Lines Senior Account Manager- High Net Worth to lead a team serving sophisticated clients. You will manage complex accounts, oversee service delivery, and partner with Producers to drive retention and growth.

This role emphasizes subject-matter expertise, sound judgment, and leadership through influence. The position requires an active P&C license, deep insurance product knowledge, and a commitment to professional designations.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in the state of operation.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance products and carrier markets.
• Strong MS Office and agency management platform skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Pursuing or maintaining professional insurance designations.
• 7–10 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients with complex accounts.
• Oversee service delivery, coordination, prioritization and quality control across the team.
• Mentor and coach Account Managers and Account Associates; support development.
• Collaborate with Producers and Account Executives on strategy, renewals and service.
• Oversee new business and renewal processes, timelines and communication.
• Develop renewal and placement strategies with Producers and service teams.
• Review and negotiate coverage, pricing and terms with carriers and underwriters.
• Identify risks and opportunities to strengthen insurance programs.
