Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Manager to conduct annual client reviews, update risk profiles, and negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients. You will provide risk management guidance and stewardship of coverage, while maintaining strong relationships across stakeholders.

The role requires P&C licensure, 3–5 years of personal lines experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and APPLIED EPIC. On-site collaboration is expected in Waterbury, CT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of personal lines insurance experience.
• P&C license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency software.
• Experience with APPLIED EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage own book of business with outstanding client relationships and address business needs.
• Review exposures and current insurance program for assigned clients.
• Determine best carrier fit to meet client needs in coverage and cost.
• Collaborate with producers on plans of action and coverages for new accounts.
• Provide daily service and timely responses to client questions and issues.
• Inform clients about pending changes in the insurance world affecting coverage.
• Monitor carrier activities to ensure timely quoting and proper handling of policies and endorsements.
• Complete account reviews and strive for best-in-class account management.
