Job summary

Chick-fil-A Columbus is seeking an Assistant Director or Director who lives our values and serves guests with a servant’s heart. You will lead daily operations, uphold our Recipe for Service, and ensure a culture of accountability across the team.

You’ll train and mentor teammates, open or close shifts, and model caring, respectful, and urgent service. This role requires strong communication, the ability to manage in a fast‑paced environment, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or quick-service leadership roles.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast‑paced Restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Our Assistant Director and Director are responsible for leading and ensuring the vision, executing daily operations, and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
