Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Business Development professional to support High Jewelry events and client development across SEA markets. The role involves coordinating with boutique teams and marketing departments to build client profiles, plan events, and follow up on sales commitments.

You will contribute to market insights, competitive tracking, and local activations in collaboration with the HJ Marketing team, ensuring consistent information across SEA markets.

Qualifications

• Passionate about High Jewelry with ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• SA training and preparation for HJ events in building client profiles, event and tray strategies
• Providing on-site coordination at HJ events and local activations, when required
• Closely following up on post event sales commitments and ensuring commitment status are up to date
• Identifying HJ opportunities based on clients’ profiles
• Supporting H.E strategy of local activations
• Following up on client journeys with boutiques, developing templates for SEA markets to harmonize processes
• Updating and coordinating the SEA master client deck to ensure consistency and accessibility
• Supporting review analyses on HJ activations and maintaining event data records
• Coordinating local Patrimony exhibitions at LJS with local HJ Marketing team
• Tracking competitors’ activity across SEA, focusing on HJ events and sharing findings with stakeholders
• Collecting inspirational information (auction, market trends) and sharing within the HJ community
