Job summary

IES Residential is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and supervision of staff. The role requires strong organizational skills, safety focus, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to maintain efficient material handling and accurate records.

The candidate should have 4–6 years of related experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory management, or operations leadership experience required.
• Construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with computers, inventory systems, ERP software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling.
• Coordinate with office staff, vendors, field personnel, and delivery teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and warehouse performance for efficiency.
• Ensure accurate receiving, stocking, tracking, and distribution of materials.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and standards.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to warehouse staff.
• Maintain inventory records and warehouse documentation.
