Job summary

IES is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Grapevine, TX to lead daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety programs. The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to coordinate with office staff, vendors, and field teams to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, inventory management, or operations leadership experience.
• Construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers, ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and inventory control.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• English speaking, reading, and writing preferred; Spanish preferred.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
• Coordinate with office staff, vendors, field personnel, and delivery teams on schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, usage, and warehouse performance for efficiency.
• Ensure accurate receiving, stocking, tracking, and distribution of materials and tools.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and standards.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to warehouse personnel.
• Review and maintain inventory records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiencies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for warehouse ops.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service; function as a team player.
• Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
