Job summary

IES seeks a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage daily warehouse activities, oversee inventory control, and support safe, efficient material handling at our US locations. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

You will coordinate with office staff, field personnel, and delivery teams, ensuring accurate receiving and distribution while maintaining safety standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or operations teams preferred.
• Construction/electrical/ HVAC/ plumbing or service industry background preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory mgmt, and material handling.
• Coordinate with office staff, vendors, field personnel, and delivery teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and warehouse performance for efficiency.
