Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• 4–6 years of warehouse, inventory management, or operations leadership experience.
• Experience in construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or service industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with ERP software and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling.
• Coordinate with office staff, vendors, field personnel, and delivery teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and warehouse performance for efficiency.
• Ensure accurate receiving, stocking, tracking, and distribution of materials.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to warehouse personnel.
• Maintain inventory records, reports, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Identify process improvements, cost savings, and efficiencies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
