Skilled Wound Care in Cleveland, OH is seeking a driven Market Closer to own a territory in the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors, close contracts, and drive revenue. This full-cycle sales role rewards performance with uncapped bonuses and leadership support.

You will collaborate with executives, identify high-value targets, and articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators while traveling 4–5 days per week.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care.
• Deep SNF fluency and understanding of facility operations and decision processes.
• Team-first mindset with the ability to perform independently.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
• Territory Development: Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
• Clinical Value Selling: Articulate ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.
• Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
• Team Collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to strategy that lifts everyone.
