Skilled Wound Care is seeking a driven Market Closer in Cincinnati, OH to own their territory and lead with integrity. This full-cycle sales position offers a supportive team with a culture built on partnership and integrity.

The role involves managing sales from outreach to contract execution, targeting high-value accounts in long-term care. Successful candidates will have 2–10 years of sales experience, deep knowledge of skilled nursing facilities, and the ability to thrive independently within the team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care.
• Deep SNF fluency – you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
• Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
• Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.
• Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
• Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.
