Skilled Wound Care in Nashville, TN is seeking a results-driven Market Closer to own a territory and drive revenue in the SNF and long-term care sectors. This full-cycle sales role offers autonomy, a proven track record in healthcare sales, and uncapped quarterly bonuses, with a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care.
• Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made.
• A team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently.
• Unwavering integrity - your word is your brand.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4-5 days travel per week).
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales: Own the process from outreach to contract execution.
• Territory Development: identify high-value targets and expand market.
• Clinical Value Selling: articulate ROI to C-Suite and administrators.
• Relationship Management: build partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
• Team Collaboration: share field intelligence and surface needs to lift the strategy.
