Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager who will lead a fast-paced store, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll oversee up to 45 employees, build a culture of excellence, and implement strategies for operational success.

You will recruit, train, and mentor the team, provide ongoing coaching, and manage scheduling, payroll, and costs to optimize financial results. A leadership mindset and strong people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a winning team and foster a guest-obsessed culture.
• Drive store performance by executing operating plans to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Ensure high standards in food safety and sanitation across the store.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and manage scheduling and payroll.
