RaceTrac General Manager position overseeing up to 45 employees in a high-volume retail environment. Lead a winning team, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction through coaching and strategic operations.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality standards while delivering strong financial results and elevating the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-obsessed culture and mentor team members.
• Analyze sales, labor, and profitability to drive improvements.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll to ensure proper staffing.
• Lead safety and sanitation standards across the store.
• Build vendor relationships and manage inventory and costs.
