RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume store, manage up to 45 employees, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability.

You will coach and develop the team, execute operational plans, monitor sales and costs, uphold food safety standards, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
