Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-obsessed culture and mentor team members.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff for growth opportunities.
• Analyze sales, labor, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food handling compliance.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing store.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll to ensure proper staffing.
