You will implement operational plans, recruit and train staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure safety and quality across the store while delivering strong financial results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
