Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. seeks a General Manager to lead a store, manage up to 45 teammates and drive profitability.

You’ll foster a guest-focused culture, recruit and coach staff, and implement plans to hit sales, labor, and profitability targets while maintaining safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in retail/food service management, strong leadership, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-obsessed culture with exceptional guest interactions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members for growth opportunities.
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching and performance management.
• Create a positive work environment where team members feel valued.
• Execute plans to meet sales, labor and profitability goals.
• Analyze sales, margin and labor reports to identify improvements.
• Operationalize marketing strategies to boost food sales and promotions.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling and store expenses to optimize finances.
