Qualifications

• Managerial, supervisory, leadership, and customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Driver’s license, good driving record, and vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities and employees of a specific restaurant.
• Direct all subordinate staff and hold them accountable.
• Recruit, interview, hire, promote, discipline, and terminate crew and shift managers.
• Supervise and help prepare food meeting brand standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and report issues to supervisors.
• Open and close the restaurant on time.
• Maintain a clean restaurant meeting company standards.
• Follow cash procedures as outlined in the handbook.
• Ensure safe working environment and compliant operations.
• Build staff schedules, place food orders, count inventory, and handle maintenance requests.
