Cook Out is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant with hands-on leadership, ensuring elite guest service, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, while executing brand standards and growth initiatives.

You will recruit, train, and coach a large team, build a culture of accountability, optimize scheduling and labor costs, manage food quality, cost controls, and profitability, and mentor talent for long-term career progression within Cook Out.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a management role (Restaurant/Hospitality management preferred).
• Proven ability to thrive and multitask within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Track record of recognizing talent and leading teams toward collective goals.
