Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a similar high-volume support role within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional scheduling and calendar management skills with strong attention to detail and a track record of managing heavy interview loads.
• Excellent communication skills; polished, professional, and approachable across all candidate and internal interactions.
• Proven ability to manage confidential talent information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership; you prioritize and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to build strong relationships with recruiters, leaders, and employees across functions.

Responsibilities

• Complex Scheduling: Drive high-volume interview scheduling across rapidly scaling teams, coordinating multi-stakeholder interviews across varying levels of roles.
• Candidate Experience: Act as a primary contact for prospective hires, delivering a polished, candidate-first experience reflecting company standards and values.
• Proactive Calendar Navigation: Navigate complex calendars across leaders and stakeholders, resolving conflicts before they block hiring.
• Scalable Operational Excellence: Build and maintain structured, scalable scheduling processes to support rapid hiring growth.
• Data Compliance: Ensure job descriptions are current, compliant, and maintained in ATS and recruiting tools.
