Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3+ years recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment; 5+ years preferred.
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required.
• Healthcare/Pharmaceutical recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using ATS systems, with knowledge of iCIMS or SmartRecruiters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment focused on Operations (PDS&T, Quality, Manufacturing/Engineering) in Arizona.
• Attract top talent and develop a strong candidate pool for current and future openings.
• Pre-screen candidates, manage project timelines, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities.
• Manage open requisitions, update SmartRecruiters ATS, and report recruiting metrics.
• Prepare offer packages with equity/market competitiveness data.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and ATS reporting requirements.
• Establish business partnerships with hiring managers and leadership.
