Job summary

SHEER SERVICE LLC in Brick Township, NJ is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Manager to own large-scale PM programs and site surveys across multiple sites. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to schedule, dispatch, and close work orders, manage budgets, and ensure KPI and SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, preventive maintenance program management, service coordination, or a related field.
• Experience managing high-volume PM programs across multiple sites preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS/FMS systems, ticketing platforms, and client portals (Service Channel, EcoTraks, Corrigo or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale PM work orders from scheduling through completion and invoicing.
• Build and maintain PM schedules across a multi-site client portfolio to ensure timely dispatch.
• Review scopes of work for accuracy and alignment with client requirements and equipment specs.
• Ensure timely dispatch, status updates, and closure of PM work orders per SLA and contracts.
• Coordinate site surveys used to scope new locations and validate equipment conditions.
• Negotiate pricing on PM and survey work to ensure cost competitiveness while maintaining quality.
• Maintain portal updates and communication with clients and account managers.
• Coordinate with vendors to source, schedule, and complete PM and site survey work across trades.
