Job summary

Palmer-Donavin in Grove City, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Operations Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for operations, warehouse, CDL drivers, and other frontline roles across multiple locations. This onsite role requires urgency, sound judgment, and the ability to manage several priorities while partnering with operational leaders.

You will build talent pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, mentor other recruiters, analyze recruiting metrics, and support workforce planning to influence

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Experience with high-volume frontline recruiting in operations (warehouse/manufacturing preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings across locations.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with leaders.
• Experience coaching other recruiters is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS usage.
• Familiarity with labor market trends and compensation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for operations and frontline roles across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, direct sourcing, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring frontline hiring needs.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, work ethic, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to align staffing priorities and move candidates efficiently.
• Provide guidance on candidate availability, compensation trends, and hiring challenges.
• Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and ensure compliant practices.
• Coach other recruiters on sourcing strategies and ATS best practices.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to improve processes and resources.
• Support workforce planning by identifying future hiring needs.
• Represent Palmer-Donavin at recruiting events and job fairs.
