LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for hourly production associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role is onsite in Streetsboro, OH and requires building talent pipelines, managing hiring events, and partnering with site leadership and HR to meet staffing needs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of independent hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehousing, or direct labor environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Experience planning hiring events, job fairs, and high-volume sourcing campaigns.
