Fox Rent A Car is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee on-site rental operations in Seattle. You will lead a team, manage fleet readiness, and monitor performance to maximize revenue and service levels.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Advanced proficiency with data reporting and KPI tracking using Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily rental operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from arrival to departure.
Lead, coach, and develop a sales-driven team to meet revenue and performance goals.
Forecast staffing and fleet needs using historical data and market trends.
