Job summary

Summit Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Regional Marketing to establish and lead the U.S. regional marketing strategy, capabilities, and organization for its oncology portfolio, translating brand and commercial strategies into differentiated regional plans.

You will build and lead a high-performing team of Regional Marketing Directors, set priorities, governance, and processes, and ensure effective regional customer engagement, compliance, and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare marketing.
• Experience building, recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing marketing teams.
• Experience leading regional marketing strategy in U.S. biopharma.
• Oncology experience required; oncology product launches preferred.
• Ability to translate national brand strategy into regional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the overall U.S. regional marketing strategy and operating model.
• Lead Regional Marketing Directors and develop team; set priorities and governance.
• Provide strategic oversight of regional customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure regional insights inform national commercial strategy and decision-making.
• Maintain governance and compliance across regional marketing activities.
