Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or Communications.
• 5+ years of sales experience within professional sports, collegiate athletics, entertainment, hospitality, or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales and revenue goals.
• Previous sales leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience coaching and developing sales professionals.
• Experience with season tickets, memberships, premium seating, suites, or group sales.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop Membership Sales Executives to achieve revenue goals.
• Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales activity and performance.
• Collaborate with Director of Membership Sales to maximize new Membership revenue.
• Monitor KPIs including calls, appointments, presentations, deposits, closes, and revenue.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline reviews, and team meetings.
• Provide ongoing sales training on prospecting, discovery, presentation, objection handling, and closing.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new Membership Sales Executives as needed.
• Represent Inter Miami CF at sales events and community events.
• Collaborate with Membership Services to ensure a seamless transition from sales to Membership experience.
