Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Partnership Activation to lead the Club’s Partnership Activation department and drive strategic management, delivery and long-term development of its premium global commercial partnerships.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Partnerships, this executive will mentor Directors, set standards of partner service, and cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite partners while aligning with the Chief Revenue Officer to grow

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sponsorship, account management or partnerships experience.
• Proven leadership of multi-layered teams.
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives.
• Fluent English; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Partnership Activation function with strategic direction and oversight.
• Develop multi-year account plans, KPIs and service standards.
• Build executive relationships with C-suite partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee resourcing, budgets and priorities for scalable delivery.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Communications, Digital, Operations and Finance.
• Ensure partner satisfaction, retention and measurable business outcomes.
